1. Application details must be accurate regarding general and specific health issues, substances used, amounts, and frequency in order for New Path to determine appropriate withdrawal medications. If the information we receive is not accurate, or the patient has failed to prepare for arrival (i.e., alcohol people should arrive with five days dry), then the medical interventions will be adjusted accordingly in order to keep the patient comfortable, and additional fees might be necessary at the time of billing. 
  1. Daily withdrawal medication for methadone and buprenorphine are pre-established by our expert physicians at rates consistent with medical licensing guidelines.
  1. Daily medication threshold for Fentanyl and other substances will likewise be managed by our physicians. 
  1. All fees are due on arrival, following the outcome of the urinalysis. Payment options are discussed elsewhere in our literature. 
  1. The New Path team is committed to the safety and well-being of all our patients. If the patient chooses to leave New Path, rather than stay, transportation to the US/MX border will be provided; further transportation arrangements would be the patient’s responsibility. All patients are required to submit to a non-invasive, unclothed body search by clinic staff as per medical and safety protocols. 
  1. If the patient is administratively discharged for belligerence, non-compliance, or other inappropriate behavior, no fees, including the deposit, will be returned, either in part or in whole. 
  1. Deposit is refundable only if the patient’s cardiac condition, as determined by our Medical Director, prevents safe completion of treatment with Ibogaine. 
  1. Deposit is not refundable if the patient failed to disclose medical or psychiatric information that would exclude the patient from receiving Ibogaine treatment.
  1. Deposit can be paid either via Zelle, PayPal, or domestic bank transfer.  If a client is in the local area prior to admission, s/he may pay the deposit on site at our facility, in person, via card or cash.  Cardholder must be present for all transactions. 5% cash, veterans’, or alumni discounts apply only to the treatment balance, and not to the deposit itself.
