No-Risk Terms & Conditions

  1. Travel itinerary and ID photocopy must be received by New Path Specialized Clinic prior to scheduling of admission.
  2. Application details must be accurate regarding general and specific health issues, substances used, amounts, and frequency for New Path to determine appropriate withdrawal medications. If the information we receive is not accurate, or the patient has failed to prepare for arrival (i.e., alcohol people should arrive with five days dry), then the no-risk conditions will be adjusted accordingly in order to keep the patient comfortable, and additional fees might be necessary at the time of billing. There is also a risk that undisclosed health information may exclude a patient from Ibogaine treatment.
  3. Daily withdrawal medication for methadone and buprenorphine are pre-established by our expert physicians at rates consistent with medical licensing guidelines.
  4. Daily medication threshold for Fentanyl and other substances will likewise be managed by our physicians.
  5. All fees are due 24 hours after arrival, provided the patient chooses to remain to complete treatment at New Path. Payment options discussed elsewhere in New Path literature apply.
  6. The New Path team is committed to the safety and well-being of all our patients. If the patient chooses to leave New Path, rather than stay, transportation to the US/MX border will be provided; further transportation arrangements are the patient’s responsibility.
